HMCS Toronto CO’s Monthly Family Briefing

BBQ and Dessert Potluck

Halifax Site

Calling all families and friends of HMCS Toronto! Don’t miss this month’s family briefing from Commander Armstrong. We’ll start the day off with an opportunity for families to connect over an afternoon BBQ while we wait for a phone call from the CO. Commander Armstrong will be phoning in at 5:00pm and will provide us with an overview of the ship’s happenings over the past month and upcoming information about HMCS Toronto. Afterwards we will enjoy a coffee/tea and dessert potluck. Please bring a dessert of your choice and indicate when you register what you’ll be bringing.

Casual care will be available for all children under 12 with age appropriate activities.

  • Sunday August 24th, 3:30pm – 6:00pm
  • Registration Deadline: Friday August 22st, by 12pm.
  • Please phone 427-7788 for more information and to register.

Also, please note that we are a nut sensitive building. We typically use the daycare areas for casual care and some of our daycare children have a severe allergy to nut products, so we ask that you refrain from bringing any food that may contain or have come in contact with nut products.
