Military Family Members

Start tapping into this group of professionals and learn how valuable they can be to your organization!

As with our Canadian Forces members, military family members, especially spouses, make personal sacrifices for our country everyday. They are asked to support missions across the globe, to administer a household, manage a career, and to pick up and move several times throughout their family’s commitment and service to Canada.

Canadian Forces families are often relocated and have to start over in each new community. These places are usually far from home, away from family, in different cities, provinces, and even countries. Each new challenge is taken on methodically, creatively, with innovation, intelligence, grace, humour, dedication, and loyalty.

Military family members are great at accepting change and being a part of change. Most have lived in different areas of the country or overseas, and have a diversity of backgrounds and life experiences. They are also widely recognized for their strong work ethic, professionalism and dedication. There is a higher level of bilingualism in our client pool than in the general population. They often carry with them a wide variety of transferable skills, experience, and knowledge as they may have been employed in several different areas. Many are university graduates looking for employment and co-op opportunities. Wouldn’t it be great to have such an individual to step in and make an immediate impact for your company?
