Dear Unit Family Rep,
On behalf of the Board of Directors and all of the staff at the Halifax & Region Military Family Resource Centre (H&R MFRC), I would like to welcome you to what we believe is the best MFRC in the country. We are very proud of and have worked very hard to build the reputation as a great resource for the military community.
In your role as the Unit Family Representative (UFR) there will be high expectations placed on you by your unit and family members. As such, you are being asked to provide a service that is unique to the nation. As you may know, family members play a vital role in the readiness of a unit and we have worked very hard at developing relationships with them. Your approach, professionalism and collaboration with us will be the key to success we are committed to help you achieve this success as the UFR.
