a health card application mailed to you, call 496-7008 or toll free in Nova Scotia 1-800-563-8880. You can also drop into the office at 7 Spectacle
Lake Drive in Burnside Industrial Park, in Dartmouth, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30. There is no fee for the coverage.
